Today has been a wonderful day for the Chaplaincy, and especially for Fr. Marcus.
Accompanied by his wife, Helen, our Diocesan Bishop, +Robert made his first visit to the Chaplaincy, the largest parish in the Church of England on mainland Western Europe.
The bishop joined Fr. Marcus and a few brave parishioners, together with Marcus’s wife, Sandra, to climb the Peñon de Ifach in Calpe. And then presided over the service to appoint Fr. Marcus to the title “Canon” in recognition of all that he does to lead this chaplaincy, and for his impressive outreach.
